Welcome everyone!

This website is dedicated to our amazing teammate and friend who we lovingly refer to simply as Cal. He is an incredible young Mountain Bike rider who also has brain cancer. Cal's positive spirit and determination on the trails are an inspiration to us all and we're rallying behind him in this fight. If you are here, it’s because you are interested in helping.  

Some of us are his neighbors, some of us go to high school with him, some of us ride mountain bikes with him and all of us have been blessed by his kindness, smile, stories, laugh and love.

So welcome to something big! We are trying to give back to someone who has given so much. Maybe you can help. Let us start by telling you about this very special person…

ABOUT CAL

Cal isn't just a teammate, he's also an incredible friend.

Cal is 17 years old and an incredible athlete. His determination, drive and passion is unmatched and he is most famous for his mountain bike career. He has been at the top of the podium and set many mountain bike records.

He’s the teammate who is always pushing himself while encouraging others at the same time.

Cal's Journey

Cal was first diagnosed at age 9 and has had 5 brain surgeries since then. The most recent being in January of 2024.

Unfortunately, the tumor has not only become non-operable but has also paralyzed the right side of his body.

This diagnosis makes riding a traditional Mountain Bike impossible. We want Cal’s new adventure to be conquering the trails on an adaptive mountain bike.

This is Cal on the same bike that we want to get for him. It’s awesome and this bike was borrowed for a week so he could get comfortable with riding it. He was hard to stop! Cal belongs on a bike.

Cal's diagnosis has presented a new challenge, but his spirit remains unbroken.

Adaptive bikes offer individuals with disabilities the freedom and joy of cycling, but they can be expensive. This particular model is crucial for Cal to keep riding, as it accommodates his needs for one arm and one leg use. It costs $21,000 and That's where we come in…
